This in-law apartment is a great option for a winter rental in Waterville Valley with a very central but private location at the end of Osceola Road. Enter the apartment through either the private side entrance or the garage (owner will give one garage stall to to the renter!). Upstairs you'll find an open floorplan with the kitchen, living room and dining area all connected. Just off the kitchen is a large landing which would be a great spot to put a blow up mattress for extra sleeping space. There is a nice double sided gas fireplace which is great for ambiance in both the living space and the bedroom. Each of the living room couches pull out for 2 twin sized beds. The bedroom is large and offers a brand new king sized bed along with a huge walk in closet for storage. The full bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. Renters will also have access to the outdoor hot tub which is SO NICE to relax in after a fun day on the slopes. Full sized washer and dryer available. All of the utilities are included in the lease (owner will come up with an average cost of utilities, renter is responsible for overages if any). The shuttle bus stop is just a short walk away for easy access to the ski mountain.
